Jacob C. Graham

Associate Attorney

Jacob is a native Memphian and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis with his Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Spanish.

Jacob attended the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law due to a lifelong interest in and appreciation for reading, writing, and researching. In law school, Jacob served as a Staff Member and Note Editor of the Memphis Law Review, and he served as a Peer Mentor for first-year law students. Jacob received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence: Outstanding Open Memorandum, Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence: Outstanding Trial Brief, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Legal Methods class. Jacob 

Due to his desire to give back to the Memphis community, Jacob received the Bronze Dean’s Distinguished Pro Bono Award as a result of his hard work with Welcome South in the area of immigration law and his participation in Street Law, in which he taught high school students about the legal system and various Supreme Court cases. Jacob externed at Bass, Berry & Sims in their pro bono program, where he worked on immigration cases and researched various parole schemes for the Southern Higher Education in Prisons Collective.

Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys traveling and spending time with his dog.

Jacob concentrates his practice in the areas of divorce, alimony, child custody and support, dependency and neglect, termination of parental rights, adoption, orders of protection, prenuptial agreements, and post-divorce matters.
